台灣無障礙國際股份有限公司
Pros

For newcomers, it’s actually not bad at first. There are opportunities to gain experience, and it’s a training ground for stress testing. The colleagues are very friendly and highly capable, and there are many opportunities to work on China-related matters.

Cons

The salary and benefits are really not very good—quite low. Be extremely careful not to step on the boss’s or the boss’s wife’s landmines (for example, minor details at work). Pay attention to the lunchbox dishes and prices, the venue layout and seating, and the procedures. Anything reported to the boss must also be extremely detailed to avoid having your wording picked apart. The mental pressure is truly enormous. You often have to switch between both sides (the association/company), and meetings frequently turn into the boss’s lecture sessions, criticizing young people for treating work as if they were just playing house. There are many nuances to watch out for; otherwise, be psychologically prepared for a very difficult experience.
