It is not a place for design, so they should not emphasize looking for creative people who can do design. If they are doing contract manufacturing for clothing brands, why is design needed? It is just a rhinestone-setting job. As for the in-house brand, the boss claims to be a designer himself and will not credit you as the designer, so you are still working for someone else’s benefit.

2. When the outcome at work does not meet expectations, the boss indiscriminately tells employees to “report back to him with any reason.” After you report to him, he immediately assumes that you are making excuses. Even when he himself has made a mistake, he will absolutely refuse to admit it because of his pride. His catchphrases are “If you can’t give birth, you blame the neighbor too” (Taiwanese) and “Sigh… different people are raised on the same rice!”

3. There was once a dispute in which, as an employee, I was threatened by the boss in an authoritarian tone. I had no choice but to use the Labor Standards Act to communicate with him, hoping he would face the issue. The boss replied, “Don’t talk to me about the Labor Standards Act. I hate that you all use the Labor Standards Act to make your case. Not everything has to follow the Labor Standards Act; the company has its own rules!”
