Pros
The best part was getting to see the corrupt face of the elderly interviewer.
Cons
A typical bloated braggart with nothing substantial to offer. The entire interview was spent boasting about how big their company was, yet they couldn't even hire a young person with insurance experience~~utterly pathetic.
There were two interviewers, one from HR and one manager, both over 50. No wonder they're so old-fashioned.
Exactly the same as the swimming association—same appearance, same attitude.
