The turnover rate is very high, wages may go unpaid, and overtime pay is often underpaid... Many skilled workers here have been forced out, but the company isn’t worried about running out of people because it hires a bunch of work-study students to fill the vacancies. They earn less than 20,000, which is truly pitiful.
Workplace safety is even worse. In addition to handling workplace safety, you also have to do all the administrative work because the company refuses to hire administrative staff to save money.
The most important thing is to be wary of the company’s three managers, especially the female one. If you report an issue to them, they will only try to find out who is behind it, and the problem still won’t be resolved. Be careful not to get stabbed in the back!
