There was one handwritten question and one computer-based question. They mainly tested programming logic, and the difficulty was not high. As long as you regularly solve problems by writing code, you should be able to finish them quickly; otherwise, you may need to spend some time.
The truly difficult part was their questionnaire. It contained a great many incredibly basic, leading questions. While answering them, I kept rolling my eyes and felt tortured inside. The question types were roughly: “Yes, I am a serious and responsible person; of course I would voluntarily work overtime if I haven’t finished my tasks,” or “No, I am a lazy person; why should I care if my tasks aren’t finished?” The questions were more or less like that, as if their employees’ lives had only these two extremes. While filling it out, I was thinking that this questionnaire should be reported. After I finished, HR spent a very, very long time speaking to me in a self-important manner about performance, the company’s profits and losses, and so on, as if I couldn’t think for myself. Then they spoke to me with an employer-oriented attitude, saying they didn’t know what people nowadays were thinking. In conclusion, it was not a pleasant experience.
