Pros
The police station is right next door
Cons
1. The interviewer said that after being hired and starting work, if you couldn't adapt to the environment and wanted to leave, you would have to wait until they found someone else before you could leave.
2. Following from the above, if an employee insisted on leaving, they wouldn't receive a single cent of their salary.
3. It seems there is no additional allowance for license fees.
