UCC咖啡_優仕咖啡股份有限公司
Pros

Although it is a fairly well-known Japanese company, its current scale in Taiwan is not large. I heard from the interviewer that it is still in the "early stages."

Perhaps its future development will be fairly good?

Cons

Interview: Sales

Salary: Since I was transitioning from an unrelated industry, the salary proposed by the interviewer in the first round was lower than at my previous job, but it was still acceptable, so to show my sincerity, I expressed that I was very willing to commit.

When I entered the second interview, a female manager (probably from HR or Finance...) asked about my expected salary. I said my expected salary was xxxxx, but since I did not have relevant experience, I could accept xxxxx (I had already coordinated this with the first-round interviewer).

In the end, the other person said disdainfully that the first interviewer had probably quoted me a higher figure, and that since I had no relevant experience, the most they could offer was xxxxx (about 1,000 lower than the figure I had agreed on). At that moment, I was just left with a series of question marks = =

Is it really necessary to cut costs to this extent? More importantly, this wiped out my respect for Japanese companies. After taking root in Taiwan, they eventually succumb to the same practices...

In the end, I had a very good conversation with the main interviewer that day (probably a manager dispatched from Japan). However, he kept asking me afterward whether I had any questions, and I kept saying, "No... It's fine..." Later, nothing came of it.

Conclusion: The company itself is actually quite good, but it was ruined by that one person. So my evaluation is: more than friends, but not quite lovers.
