Not compliant with the one fixed day off and one flexible rest day policy at all; the working hours are excessively long, and leave may be denied. I have worked more than 20 consecutive days without being allowed to take a day off. The job description posted on 104 is merely the tip of the iceberg. Just communicating with landlords and parents is already troublesome enough.
Apart from making money, the chairman gives no consideration whatsoever to the employees’ feelings. The students living there often owe rent and utility bills, and some even damage the furniture but refuse to compensate for it. They will not face the problems themselves and instead require their parents to call the company and make unreasonable demands.
They will not spend money to hire cleaners; cleaning is our responsibility. Even when cleaners are hired, they are not enrolled in labor or health insurance, so they do not stay for long. They will not spend money to hire painters; painting is our responsibility. Meal times are not fixed, there is essentially no break time, and we must remain at the front desk on standby at all times.
