There are two interviews. The first is a brief interview with the recruitment agency, and only after passing it will there be a second interview. Both interviews take place at the same location. The second interview is conducted by the company itself. During the interviews, you go into a small private room, so it is not easy to be disturbed. The supervisors are very approachable and encourage candidates to ask questions and present themselves confidently. They also explain the job duties, salary, benefits, and other details quite thoroughly, so you will not be left with only a vague understanding.
1. There are two interviews, which can be quite costly in terms of transportation. Unless you drive or ride a scooter there yourself, you have to walk 10–15 minutes after getting off either a bus or the MRT. This is especially unpleasant in summer, when it is easy to sweat and potentially ruin your makeup or develop body odor.
2. I spent nearly half a month, from start to finish, applying for jobs, submitting my résumé, attending interviews, and going through related discussions.
3. Only after the company interview did they tell me that the future work location would not be the same as the one shown on the job-search website. It gave me a feeling of being deceived.
