If you are short on money and need to work a lot of overtime to earn more, it may be worth considering.
1. The overtime rate is 100%. Even though the one fixed day off and one flexible rest day system is already in place, they still ask you to come in and clock in for overtime on Sundays.
2. The break area is extremely poor. The environment is dirty and messy, and there are far too few chairs. Everyone already stands for most of their shifts, and during the 10-minute breaks there still are not enough chairs, forcing many people to sit on the floor.
3. A certain supervisor has a very poor attitude when speaking. When faced with an issue they think is wrong, they scold people first instead of understanding the situation. When they were found to have scolded someone wrongly, their reaction was simply to walk away.
4. For an operator position, there are better options available in terms of both the work environment and salary.
