During my time at the company, I witnessed many things that violated common sense yet were tolerated as reasonable. First, regarding the character of the company's senior executives: the chairman, as the company's highest-ranking leader, would occasionally publicly berate employees at the company! This could constitute the offense of public insult. Another senior executive also once publicly insulted someone by saying that their brain was stupid!

The entire company is extremely sales-oriented. The opinions and suggestions of the sales department can actually become the top priority in the chairman's and general manager's decision-making, disregarding the countersigning opinions of other departments, yet everything is considered entirely reasonable in their eyes!

In particular, one regional sales manager, being the chairman's favorite, makes no substantive contributions, only makes grandiose claims, and covertly harms people whose positions might threaten their own! The company's systems and regulations are also quite unreasonable: someone who has never had any contact with the relevant industry can actually become a highly paid manager!

Next, let's discuss the most heartless aspect: human resources.

During this period, I witnessed countless innocent employees being laid off, with the number of layoffs across all departments too numerous to count! In the past, this company was simply too lucky: no one had exposed all these internal details publicly, so uninformed job seekers continue to be deceived. If you are a job seeker currently hesitating about this company, I advise you: only come if you can fully accept everything mentioned above! Don't waste your time on such a low-quality company!
