The salary is paid on time
Damn! The Film Commission is extremely problematic.
The International Division looks glamorous on the surface, as if it frequently goes on business trips. In reality, the director has held the position for ten years without being replaced, acting like an empress dowager. She is calculating and gloomy, and whenever something does not suit her, she arbitrarily punishes people severely. She has no management skills whatsoever and is extremely emotional. Everyone has to work according to her mood, resulting in an extremely high turnover rate throughout the unit.
Please, legislators, do the right thing: replace people when they should be replaced. When someone stays in a position for too long, even the most talented person will only become a tyrant, using public-agency money solely for their own public relations.
This place is extremely problematic, extremely problematic, extremely problematic—because it is important, it has to be said three times.
