Basically, it should be some kind of subsidiary of the He x company next door; it was written on the form they gave you to fill out during the interview.

As for the environment, from a student’s perspective, it’s terrible: there’s no air conditioning. If you’ve worked in a factory before, you might consider it merely so-so.

The pay isn’t great, starting at 22–28, with an adjustment after three months. You’re also expected to cooperate with overtime and business trips (that’s what they say, anyway, but the on-site technician said it depends on whether you want to go; nothing will happen if you don’t).

During the interview, they’ll first have you fill out a “submissiveness form” (basically asking about your family situation; who’s in your household; what your parents and siblings do; where you’ve worked before; your salary; whether you can cooperate with overtime, and so on—to see how submissive you are).

When you first join, you’re considered to be on probation (three months), and many benefits only become available once you become a regular employee.

Even if you reach the top of the pay scale, it may only be 30–35.

Overall, you’d probably earn more and have an easier time working at a construction site.
