The starting pay (14,000–16,000) is average; you can barely still hire an apprentice or semi-skilled worker.
The boss may never have done this kind of work. They want to hire someone who can do plumbing and electrical work, metalwork, and carpentry all at once—or learn along the way.
If I know even just one of these trades and work as a semi-skilled worker or technician, I can earn at least 16,000–20,000 a day, so why would I go with you to renovate a container house...?
Overall, it’s slightly below par. If you’re hiring, at least make the job requirements clear so you don’t waste everyone’s time.
