The office atmosphere is very quiet. It feels like a company with fairly strict management, and the employees come across as rather meek and not very lively.
The HR staff had a very good attitude and were very friendly.
The marketing manager who conducted the interview was arrogant and boastful. They did not introduce themselves at all from start to finish, nor did they explain the responsibilities or requirements of the position.
They showed no interest whatsoever in the interviewee’s career experience or personality, and they also repeatedly questioned the salary from the previous job.
During the interview, after asking a question, they kept interrupting or contradicting me before I had finished answering. It felt as though they were not genuinely looking to hire someone, but instead wanted to use the interview process to hear ideas they had not thought of themselves. They were also extremely impatient throughout.
