Pros
1. Opportunities to travel abroad for free when leading a tour.
2. Two days off per week.
Cons
Ridiculous. During the interview, they said the base salary for the first three months would be 22K, but on the first day of work they immediately announced that company policy had changed, so the monthly salary for the first two months was adjusted to 15K.
