Cons
Applied for an RD on-site position; the benefits were difficult to determine. I interviewed in September 2016, and the salary offered was extremely low. If I remember correctly, the annual salary offered was NT$500,000–600,000—about half of what I earned at my first job—even though my expectations were clearly stated on my résumé. An interview with no shared understanding; it wasted both parties’ time. Poor.
