Pros

Very good at scrubbing negative reviews, so it can land contracts from quite a few notorious large companies, with amounts often reaching millions or tens of millions. The trust-fund second-generation boss and exploitative employer also has their father's parent company backing them, so the company won't go under anytime soon.

Cons

Take the company's promises with a grain of salt.

There was no year-end banquet; they said they would hold a spring banquet instead, but there's been no news about it to this day. Then they privately say they can't hold it because they're losing money==

Oh, so are the 80–90% gross profit margins just calculated for self-gratification?

The boss admits to being an idiot at management, but that's the only bit of self-awareness they have. Other than talking, they are quite unclear about the company's direction, constantly shouting about transformation. Oh, wait—forget transformation for now. Have you even heard of Xien? Heh.

If you join as a salesperson, you also have to serve as a PM. The bonuses are extremely low, so you need to know how to push tasks onto the people who execute them for it to be worthwhile.

If you join as an administrative or accounting staff member, they flatteringly say you'll participate in important decisions, but put bluntly, they want you to act as an informant monitoring employees.

If you become a copywriting specialist, congratulations on getting into the guaranteed-placement class—guaranteed never to get off work on time.

If you join R&D, you'll basically finish your cram-school assignment and leave as quickly as possible, because the exploitative boss can't understand anything you seriously work on, and no one handles it afterward. It's like doing homework just to hand it in and suffer for nothing.

The monthly salaries for the above positions range from NT$24,000 to NT$30,000, but you will absolutely be expected to do work worth more than NT$35,000.

Huh, you ask where the overtime pay is? How could the company possibly let everyone work overtime? Of course they just alter the clock-in records every few days XD. However, the company is very considerate and provides one “benefit”: if you work overtime past 10 p.m., you can accumulate half an hour of compensatory leave~

In summary, ordinary people are advised to approach this job like a temporary stop at cram school, since you can at least brag about having handled contracts from many major companies. Anyone who wants to stay long-term should prepare an endless supply of servility and toilet paper—you'll often need to clean up after the company XD
