Basically, the working hours are fairly normal, and compensatory leave is provided for weekend duty.
The bonus policies are constantly adjusted, with the sole purpose of preventing sales staff from receiving any money, while almost all benefits have also been stripped away—the perfect example of “weathering hard times together.”
Low-priced tours are packed with poor-quality shopping stops. Every group sold brings a customer complaint, and every group sold means losing another customer, yet sales staff are still required to sell low-priced travel packages. Anyone with a conscience simply cannot stay.
