Operators’ salaries are low. Some workstations require fast movements and working under time pressure, which is very demanding. The working hours are long, and the environment is hot.
When there are not enough people on site, office staff need to go to the site to help the operators.
Senior office managers frequently change direction and issue inconsistent instructions.
