The company’s interior is very new; I wonder if they just moved here.
The position I interviewed for was, just like that other person’s experience, an IoT PM role.
In other words, I only registered an account to share my experience because what that person posted was so similar to what happened to me a few days ago.
There was very little information on 104, so I thought I’d go to the interview to learn more.
Basically, after HR led me into the meeting room, I started filling out forms and taking a short test.
Then I interviewed directly with the chairman......................At that point alone, I knew the result probably wouldn’t be good.
At first, he asked me to introduce myself, then asked whether I had ever written an app. I said I hadn’t.
I thought to myself, “That’s strange—isn’t this an IoT PM position?”
Later, he asked, “Have you ever worked on the cloud?” I thought to myself again: “Damn, isn’t it written on my résumé???”
In the end, I was also relieved that the chairman straightforwardly said I wasn’t very suitable, so I was able to get it over with quickly.
A complete waste of time. What was written on 104 and what this chairman actually needed were completely different.
It was only after I left the company that I remembered: from the moment I went in until the interview ended, this guy never once looked me directly in the eye.........
Going to the interview was quite a waste of time. I suggest anyone planning to go think twice................
