HR is unprofessional and asks questions unrelated to professional abilities during the interview. During the interview, applicants are required to fill out a standardized résumé form containing numerous questions about their family background and privacy. An intelligence test is also required, and there are even typos in the questionnaire.
HR and the supervisor did not review the applicant’s qualifications, résumé, and requirements beforehand, making it feel as though I was invited in just to waste my time.
The supervisor had a very unpleasant expression and did not respect the applicant’s professional abilities.
The office layout is closed-off and the atmosphere is outdated. This company is an agency and lacks the ability to conduct R&D or manufacturing.
