Pros

1‧ Leave work on time, with almost no overtime

2‧ Free toilet paper

3‧ Free snacks and drinks provided regularly

4‧ The colleagues are all easy to get along with

Cons

1‧ Although it claims to be a Chinese-Japanese joint venture, the Japanese side seems more like an intermediary that provides materials, and the Taiwanese and Japanese bosses have different views on the company's operating policies. I often receive work instructions that cannot be let known to the Japanese side.

2‧ The boss has handed almost all management authority to the supervisor, but the supervisor lacks the ability to manage this company.

3‧ During interviews, the supervisor makes many empty promises, saying that there will be opportunities for a raise as long as you do your job well. But after joining, you discover that you have simply fallen into a huge pit.

4‧ When you want to discuss a raise with the supervisor after completing the probationary period, the supervisor will find all kinds of excuses and even say things that deny your hard work, all to avoid raising your salary. If you really want a raise, you have to take on more and more work for it to be possible.

5‧ The supervisor is emotional and indecisive. The work requirements are constantly changed, and she often makes changes or adds last-minute tasks. It is extremely unprofessional.

6‧ The supervisor is very good at talking, but actually has little substance. Whenever there is a new task, she asks employees for their opinions, then reports directly to the boss. If it turns out well, it is her credit; if it turns out badly, it is the employees' responsibility!

7‧ The supervisor is very good at distorting what employees and the boss say, relaying it in her own words, which ultimately causes the completed work to be completely different from what was originally requested.

8‧ The supervisor manages employees' lives after work and hopes that employees will learn more things. She makes it sound like it is for the employees' own futures, but in reality it is simply so that she can assign you more work later.

9‧ The supervisor is extremely lazy and unwilling to learn new things. She is even too lazy to search Google; whenever there is a problem, she immediately tells employees to solve it for her.

10‧ The supervisor claims that she does not want to treat employees with a supervisor's attitude, but whenever something happens, she immediately puts on a bossy demeanor, and her tone becomes very unpleasant.

11‧ The supervisor has extremely strong subjective views and shows very little respect for professional expertise. She tells employees to do things, then questions why they need to be done that way.

Although this company is small, what it makes actually has potential. But I do not understand why the bosses would hire a supervisor who only has extensive work experience but does not understand anything. Basically, as long as this supervisor stays, the company probably will not be able to get off the ground.

However, if you are a recent graduate who wants to endure hardship and do many things at once, perhaps you can try joining this company to gain some experience (just kidding).
