When the general affairs and procurement supervisor travels abroad, they bring snacks for everyone. Occasionally, they treat everyone to dinner (but talk about work matters).
The working hours are excessively long (leaving work at 9 or 10 p.m. is the norm), and some people even work overtime on holidays (voluntarily).
New employees cannot claim overtime, while veteran employees can (unequal treatment). Supervisors regularly nitpick, give periodic motivational speeches, and waste everyone’s time. Positions remain open for long periods. It is recommended that you carefully consider things before joining (if no one has your back, don’t go), to avoid damaging your health.
