The salary is okay.
The QA, PE, and IE managers in Kunshan, mainland China, have very poor emotional management skills and low EQ. They become furious over the smallest things, and their emotional management skills are no different from those of babies—babies also cry loudly whenever they are hungry or feel unwell. Those who like a low-EQ culture might consider applying for jobs that involve business trips to Kunshan.
Also, the managers in mainland China will not treat you like a normal person; they will only treat you as a slave they can order around at will. This may be subjective, but people interested in working at the Kunshan plant can experience it for themselves and see whether they are managed as slaves or treated as indispensable, outstanding talents within the company.
