I suppose the only advantage is that they are very short-staffed, so it is easy to get hired.
1. You have to provide your own lunch, and if you work overtime in the evening, you still have to provide your own dinner. (If you take out your phone during the lunch break, the boss will scold you.)
2. You often have to go to processing factories yourself, and the company is very good at taking advantage of this. After work, they will have you take processed parts to a factory for modifications and then bring them to the company the next day. (Since you have already finished work, you will not receive overtime pay no matter how late you work.)
3. No fuel allowance is provided for business travel.
4. The turnover rate is frighteningly high. Even the woman who cleans the building has asked why there are always new faces at your company.
5. If overtime exceeds 9 p.m., the overtime form can only be filled out up to 9 p.m., regardless of how late you actually work.
6. Pay attention to the date your labor insurance coverage begins. Because the turnover rate is high, the boss’s wife will not enroll you on your first day of work, so please ensure your own safety.
