Pros
Lunch is provided, and the overall environment is warm and welcoming.
Cons
The company enrolls employees in labor insurance at the minimum wage level, and makes up the rest of the base salary you negotiated through a bonus system; perfect-attendance pay is also included in the base salary.
One department is constantly required to work on holidays, but the company only provides compensatory leave and no overtime pay.
The boss also messages employees on LINE about work after hours.
