The tuition is 30k, with a guaranteed salary of 25k after completing the training. Then 5k is deducted from the monthly salary; if you leave before six months, you must pay the tuition in full.
There is no salary or allowance during the training period, which lasts from one month to an unknown duration, with 10-hour workdays.
It is essentially a matter of paying tuition while also being responsible for miscellaneous labor. Including the cost of time, the actual tuition exceeds 50k
(including the statutory minimum wage for one month).
After an initial discussion of the terms, it was determined that many of them are contentious.
