The work is unstable—most of the time there is very little to do! Rarely any overtime~
1. When there is no work in the factory, the boss finds you very irritating! The boss will monitor you with surveillance cameras~ At such times, you have to pretend to be busy!!!
2. Basically, prices are negotiated down too far with upstream suppliers, so the items used are almost all made in mainland China rather than the more durable products made in Japan!! The quality speaks for itself.
3. The boss will tell you that the company is run in an American-style way~! But in reality, it operates like a sweatshop~ (and looks down on the employees hired by the factory), treating only the employees of the trading company he originally established as employees!
4. The company’s products have very promising future prospects, but its operational outlook has not grown!!
