This company currently has many negative reviews online. It often uses the manufacturer's trademarks and logo and claims to provide authorized repair services, but in fact has no connection whatsoever with the manufacturer. It also charges extremely high fees without providing any itemized list or breakdown.
I also noticed something was wrong after calling their New Taipei and Taipei number, 0800211767 (0800-211767). After Googling it, I learned about their practices.
