The boss has extremely poor emotional intelligence, frequently makes sarcastic and cutting remarks, and will even point at you and verbally abuse you, taking out their anger on employees. They refuse to take responsibility and push all the blame onto subordinates. They are harsh, stingy, and extremely petty, pressure employees to work overtime without paying overtime wages, and will use LINE to pressure you to work after hours or on holidays. They will say things like, “It’s not worth spending more than 20,000 on hiring you,” “I’m asking you to do these things so you can practice; you should use your holidays and after-work hours to make up the work progress for me,” and “I’m asking you to work overtime so you can learn—I’m not even charging you tuition.” They underreport wages for labor and health insurance and will even threaten to sue you. If you don’t want to suffer lifelong psychological trauma, stay away.
