The company does not arrange fixed break or meal times. Even when business hours are over, you cannot simply leave; in addition to finishing your own tasks, you still have to help others. They constantly call everyone “family,” but in reality, it just means they expect you to be responsible for everything. The long-time employees at the store have terrible attitudes and are extremely conceited. Much of the professional knowledge is not learned through proper channels either—they just rely on making up a lot of nonsense to fool customers. Come to think of it, it’s really outrageous.
