Leaving work on time (in most cases)
The boss is quite emotional, and there is a lot of physical contact that makes people uncomfortable (even between two men—not every guy likes that, right?!). Whenever a project fails, he will shift 200 percent of the blame onto subordinates. In addition, from time to time he comes up with some outlandish ideas for engineers to implement, only for the work to end up being wasted. Based on my personal work experience, the scariest thing is that after you leave, this boss will 100 percent badmouth you when your next employer conducts a reference check (because turnover in this department is too high and he doesn't want anyone to leave, so he takes petty revenge......)
Everything above is completely true, based on my own one year of work experience plus the shared experiences of colleagues in the department
