The atmosphere is okay, most colleagues help each other, and because turnover is high, they are willing to hire newcomers. The environment is acceptable.
1. The base salary is low (ranging from 7,000 to 10,000), with the salary being padded through various items; total monthly pay ranges from 23,000 to 28,000. The year-end bonus is usually one month’s salary. In principle, bonuses are almost impossible to receive, as they are calculated based on the extremely low base salary.
2. Because turnover in the sales department is so high that it is close to collapsing, there is now a new salary adjustment mechanism: the “base salary” can be adjusted by up to 10% per year, capped at 35K, but there are restrictions on the months in which this can happen. Before this mechanism appeared, a salary adjustment was simply impossible. They would only ever make empty promises like “You’re indispensable for a raise and promotion.”
3. Many people in other departments are lazy and shirk their responsibilities. Those who want to get things done cannot do so; consequently, when work is delayed or mistakes occur, you are left to bear the consequences yourself.
4. Most high-ranking managers are incompetent, emotional, afraid to take responsibility, and constantly take credit while shifting blame.
5. Most of the senior employees have left. If you join the company, there is basically no one to train or learn from. Those who are close to retirement may be pressured into voluntarily retiring early.
In summary, the sales department is severely understaffed, with one person handling the workload of three. They would rather rely on part-time workers than give employees raises or bonuses. Whether you need money or not, don’t come here.
