The office is a designed open-plan space, with music playing while working.

The interviewer was extremely aggressive and kept probing. During the one-hour interview, they did not mention the job responsibilities or the nature of the company at all, saying that these would be discussed in depth during the second interview. However, using an entire hour to try to understand a candidate’s traits and abilities through questions, and listening to the interviewer analyze themselves, felt like playing therapist with them. I found it to be quite a waste of the candidate’s time.
