愛尼曼數位科技股份有限公司
Pros

1. Leave work on time

2. Easy to take leave; they generally don't ask much about the reason

Cons

I heard the system made an error, so I'm compiling what I saw before along with my own experiences.

1. The résumé requires your time of birth (the Eight Characters of Birth Time); the boss will have your fortune told first to see whether you're a good fit, lol.

2. The salary is low. Even when I stated a higher expected salary, they agreed to hire me, but then secretly deducted from it (I stated N at the time, but the first full salary was written as N-2).

After I brought it up, they kept dragging it out until I pulled out the ultimate move (saying things like, “Without this salary, I won’t keep coming to work...”); only then did they make up the difference.

In short, they pick on the weak. If you’re a new graduate, be sure to keep your eyes wide open and look carefully.

3. Underreporting wages for labor and health insurance, or telling you to enroll through a completely unrelated trade union—in short, they want to reduce the company’s labor and health insurance expenses.

In my case, my salary was underreported, although it later returned to the normal amount (I suspect someone reported them).

However, I saw later hires being told to enroll through a trade association (one absolutely unrelated to the industry—apparently they were told to join an association for snack-food businesses).

4. Family-owned business (I personally consider this a drawback; judge for yourself).

5. If you occasionally work overtime or come in on holidays (for events), you can only report it as compensatory leave and cannot apply for overtime pay.

Whether that’s good or bad is up to you. I just think the hours worked and the converted compensation are completely disproportionate ^_^

Summary: If you don’t mind the salary, labor rights, future development, and so on, and you have a reasonably good temper, it might be a pretty good fit.

But if your only thought is, “Wow, I really want to work for a company related to anime!”

You might want to think it over a bit more before deciding. Seriously.
