The air conditioning is very strong and comfortable
The interview is divided into two stages (mainly during the second interview)
1. Discuss your previous work experience with two "young" supervisors
2. With General Manager "Cao" (the head of the company, which he also founded) + a young supervisor
My impression of General Manager "Cao": Extremely negative
At first, there is some small talk followed by questions, but the focus is on the questions asked by General Manager "Cao":
1. He will ask what your parents do for a living for the most part, but will not pursue details such as your previous company positions, etc.~~!! Because even if you explain, he may not know what you are talking about~~~!!!
2. Regardless of what industry you worked in before, the general manager will look down on it. (Especially industries considered higher-end than the company's. The company is engaged in something similar to agency services + group buying; search for details yourself.)
3. He loves to talk and looks down on the faults of newcomers and graduates, yet he especially likes to hire them.
4. He is very good at painting a rosy picture + brainwashing + bragging (for example, claiming that he is very generous with salaries, etc. ...)
5. There is no "training"; you are expected to be ready to work immediately.
My personal thoughts on General Manager "Cao" + conclusion:
A waste of time. Point 1 is a minor annoyance that I will not mention, but points 2 & 3 are what upset me the most. Every industry has its own expertise, so what gives him the right to "criticize" a job seeker's previous work~~??!! He says that newcomers and graduates cannot withstand hardship and are "strawberries"; then why not spend a little more money to hire people with experience~~??!! You are simply afraid that the other person will have too many opinions and see through your tactics~~!! You know that newcomers and graduates are easier to control, don't you~~??!! And you still have the nerve to say that 20–30 people leave the company every year without doing any self-reflection~~?? It is obviously a "horrible boss" who wants to hire supermen for banana prices. If you have to control and look down on a job seeker's previous experience + personal matters, then there is even less to say about how you will treat people after they join the company.
