The work is simple and easy to learn.
1. Gongguan Station has a very high turnover rate because several full-time employees are difficult to work with and have already driven away several part-time workers.
2. The workload is heavy, especially in summer when it can be unbearably hot, but that is something that can be overcome. The main issue is usually the psychological pressure of dealing with certain full-time employees, which is generally the primary reason people resign.
3. There are no holiday bonuses or year-end bonuses, only the basic hourly wage and group labor and health insurance.
