The work is simple and easy to get started with.
1. Gongguan Station has a very high turnover rate because several full-time employees are extremely difficult to work with and have already driven away several part-time workers.
2. The workload is very heavy, especially in summer when it gets unbearably hot. However, this is manageable. The main source of pressure is dealing with certain full-time employees, and this is generally the primary reason people resign.
3. There are no holiday bonuses or year-end bonuses, only the basic hourly wage, labor and health insurance, and group insurance.
