The work is simple and easy to learn.
1. The turnover rate is very high because several full-time employees are very difficult to deal with and have already driven away several part-time workers.
2. The workload is very heavy, especially in summer when it gets unbearably hot. However, this is still manageable. The main source of stress is dealing with certain full-time employees, and this is generally the primary reason people resign.
3. There are no bonuses for the three major holidays and no year-end bonus; only the basic hourly wage, labor and health insurance, and group insurance are provided.
