Double pay is provided on national holidays.

Even employees have to be members, which could be seen as a form of shared ideological commitment, considering that it is a cooperative open only to members.

The physical labor is fairly demanding. Moving things when receiving shipments is manageable, but you have to stand for most of the time.

The salary is not actually that high either. Compared with the many wonderful ideals it promotes, this aspect is not so wonderful.
