高仕皮包有限公司
Pros

1. You get a birthday bonus of NT$200 every year.

2. You receive a fruit gift box worth no more than NT$300 at Mid-Autumn Festival, so you don't consume too many calories!

3. The boss is very bad at holding grudges, because he forgets what he says within a day—including assigned work.

4. The boss will discuss your labor insurance insured salary with you, worried that you might not be able to collect your benefits once you have enough years of service. So he will insure you at the minimum amount and use the tax savings for an employee trip (although, despite saying so for two years, we have never gone).

5. In the future, he will also do his best to keep your insured salary at the minimum in exchange for the three seasonal bonuses. The boss says this way you can actually see and enjoy the money, while safeguarding your labor pension.

6. When you return from childcare leave, he will help reserve other positions for you, guaranteeing that this will be the only position available for you to have a job!

7. When you resign, the boss will worry that you won't be able to find another job and will tell you in advance how long it will be before you leave, so you can consider whether you really want to go!

8. When you resign, the boss will worry that your new employer's compensation won't be as generous as his, and will analyze it with you beforehand to keep you from acting impulsively!

9. When you resign, the boss will help you plan your business venture and analyze why it definitely won't succeed, so you won't fail at starting a business!

10. Before paying severance due to the closure of a branch, you will be asked to sign a written undertaking acknowledging all civil claims, criminal complaint rights, administrative appeal rights, and rights to make claims under the Labor Standards Act. If you pursue any of them, you will have to pay the company exactly NT$1,000,000!
