The boss only cares about their own ideas and doesn’t give new employees any time to get up to speed. It was clearly my first day at work, yet they kept rushing me and asking if I could hurry up!! It was really stressful. The coworkers were also unbelievably incompetent. The accountants couldn’t even issue invoices, so I have no idea why they hired two or three accountants. The warehouse staff couldn’t even conduct inventory counts, and the company’s product inventory was extremely disorganized. Coworkers also dumped their own work on the new employees. Things were already overwhelming, with far too much work to finish, yet they still complained to the boss that the new employees were too slow!!! The boss is a typical exploitative employer who hires you just to make you work overtime and treats you like a dog! It makes you completely unwilling to put in any effort for the company. Think carefully before accepting the job.
