It depends on the person. After working here for several years, I feel that it’s not bad overall. It’s a bit demanding, but I guess that’s how the software industry is. The company is growing steadily, with constant new ideas and products. If you perform well, the performance-based compensation is better than at other software companies. The work environment is good, and if you want to learn something while having some job security, it’s a pretty good place.

There are still quite a lot of projects, and the company has a very good reputation with clients. If you’re looking for an easy job where you can get by without putting in much effort, this probably isn’t suitable.
