It depends on whether you happen to have good coworkers.
Unless you flatter people or are part of the inner circle of friends and relatives, it’s a sweatshop where it’s very difficult to survive.
The supervisors below the store manager are all very good (including the store manager). As for those above the store manager, you have to speak nicely and obey them completely. If they tell you to do something wrong, you just do it and bear the responsibility yourself (their claim that they’ll take responsibility is a lie).
The dividends and bonuses are basically fake. Even if you work more than 8 hours, you’ll still only get 133; you won’t get anything extra.
