The information posted on the job listing stated a monthly salary of 30K, but after the interview, they offered a monthly salary of 23K under the pretext of an observation period, saying that the salary would be adjusted in the second month. After working there for three or four months, there was still no news, and there was not even labor or health insurance. There were six days off per month, with the store closed every Tuesday and two additional days scheduled by the employee. One meal was provided per day. Working hours were from 9:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; because this store had more cumbersome tasks to organize than other restaurants, employees generally left around 10:00 p.m. There was a two-hour split shift in the middle, not including time for meals and cleanup. Everyone can analyze for themselves how much actual rest time that leaves.
