In the 3D department, each person is assigned one project per day, not including plugin modifications, waiting for sales to confirm details, or attending meetings. Working overtime is extremely normal here. The salary may appear generous, but it actually includes overtime pay (compared with other companies, the salary is actually quite low). Working overtime until 8–11 p.m. every day is a frequent occurrence. To be honest, the benefits aren’t very good either.
