The manager is extremely difficult to work with and demanding. Nearly 80% or more of the work requests are due either the same day or within half a day. You need to be very, very resilient to last six months to a year. Female employees may even end up in tears. This position is frequently hiring. Unless you plan to stay for a while and then transfer to another department within ASUS, it is not recommended to remain here for more than a year.
