Pros
A monotonous life with a heavy workload. In the future, changing career paths may make it easier to adapt to the workload. In recent years, employee trips have been abroad, but only employees with more than ten years of seniority are eligible for full reimbursement.
Cons
Fixed salary. Indirect staff are all required to work unpaid overtime. Leaving work too early will result in being called in for a discussion. The bonuses for the three major festivals are only NT$1,000 each. The year-end bonus will not exceed one month’s salary.
