1. The boss is sometimes emotional and full of himself, but it seems that almost all bosses have this bad habit. Once you’ve worked at more than one company, you’ll know what I mean.
2. Promotions are fast because of the high turnover rate.
3. It’s easy to gain recognition because promotions come with rapid salary increases, but in return, your responsibilities increase and you’ll often have to work overtime.
4. It’s a place to hone your skills and a stepping stone because you have too much work, and occasionally are forced to take on multiple roles, leaving you no choice but to learn.
5. If you have more than five years of work experience, I’d advise against it. If you’re a newcomer with less than five years of experience, this place is quite suitable for you.
